OUR PROCESS FOR PROSPECTIVE MEETINGS.

Throughout the duration of the project, we assign two associates to assist the client during each marketing campaign, a primary who will head your project and a secondary to assist. These associates closely monitor your project, scheduling and arranging meetings at the trade show, and will notify you immediately of any changes.

We thoroughly vet each interested company to verify that they:

  • Meet your targeted industry criteria.
  • Plan to expand or relocate within the next two years and be willing to consider your region.

As new meetings are confirmed, you will receive a company information report and itinerary. This report will contain key information about each company, such as company name, direct contact’s name, title, meeting date and time, phone number, email address, physical address, and website. Calendar invites are also sent to all parties, providing direct contact information and an email notification before the meeting.

A qualified prospect is defined as: “A key executive of a company within your target industry who is considering expanding or relocating within the next two years, willing to consider your location, and willing to speak with you.”
